Support Specialist
DeLaval International AB is looking for a Support Specialist to the Information Services Department.
Key responsibilities
- First line support and onsite support according to agreed standards
- Handling of incoming incidents and requests
- Training of users in the DeLaval standard infrastructure platform (Genesis PC)
- Blackberry support including 2nd line
- Deliver in accordance with the IS internal processes.
Experience and Skills
- Documented IT education and experience
- Good computer hardware knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications
- Knowledge of network technology (LAN, WAN, VPN)
- Understanding of the ITIL process framework
The successful candidate should also be
- Self motivated and able to take own initiatives
- An excellent communicator
- Analytical and solution oriented
- Willing to work in a process driven environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
The position is placed in Tumba, Sweden and you will be positioned in our IS department and report to the Support Centre Manager. The job demands your possibility of working flexible hours and will require some travel activities.
