System Configuration Specialist
DeLaval International AB is looking for a System Configuration Specialist who will have an important role in supporting the Business Development and Assortment Managers to optimize their offering in our Configuration and Quotation Tool to the market.
As System Configuration Specialist you will have an important role in supporting the Business Development and Assortment Managers to optimize their offering in our Configuration and Quotation Tool (CQT) to the market. You will work closely with people at the HQ as well as other DeLaval employees globally.
The major objectives are:
- Manage and drive the connection between our configuration software and business data
- Manage the development and quality of CQT logic
- You will also run own projects related to our configuration software.
Skills and Experience:
- Engineering background, (university level)
- Broad IT knowledge and experience; programming experience in a Windows environment (VBA, .net etc) with an interest in databases and MS Access.
- A proven track record of delivering results against stretched targets
- Experience of driving change
- Fluent English, spoken and written. Other languages are appreciated
- Experience or interest in Project Management and milk production/dairy farming is an additional asset
